Sancha Campanella, do PS, questiona o facto de o diploma do Governo Regional sobre domínio de saúde regional e sítio surgir com grande detença, em relação à legislação vernáculo e ter sido elaborado sem atenção a questões porquê a opinião das autarquias. A adaptação é apresentada 11 anos depois do decreto-lei vernáculo.
O PS questiona o facto de, com a distribuição de delegados de saúde por áreas e não por concelhos, poder sobrecarregar os delegados de saúde.
